The "SHACK" for grades 9th-12th

Opportunities to get involved

Encounter:

This is a Sunday evening event designed to target specific areas that older adolescents are facing in life. We primarily meet in the “Shack” but on occasion we meet at an outside designated location. This all takes place at 6:00pm on Sundays. To find out additional information about the high school ministry go onto Facebook and join us on the “Fishack” group.

Sunday Morning Blast:

High School students meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 in the “Shack” to dig into God's Word and chew on what it has to say about the decisions we're making for today. The high school is currently studying major events of the Old Testament.

ABS (Area Bible Studies):

Students need a small group. For effective discipleship to take place, students need an environment that is friendly, accepting, and honest. Area Bible Studies are just that, a place of comfort and encouragement. These groups are for high school students and led by some of the most grounded adult/college leaders there are. The day, and times vary depending on leader and student availability.

Events & Retreats:

Over the course of the year, we'll have times for the students to grow together, laugh together, pray together, and have fun together. We encourage all students and parents to get as involved as they want to be. Everyone is welcome and that is a fact. Coming up in this semester there is a spring break trip to Vero Beach Florida, spring retreat in April to Camp Allendale, Youth Sunday, Camp Pre O, and Camp O.
